At Lions Clubs International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your official merchandise does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print a Return Authorization form.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
